Basic Hamburger Recipes – Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 hamburger buns
4 slices tomato
4 leaves lettucehamburger-recipes.jpg
4 slices red onion

Hamburger Recipes – Directions :

Light grill. Form 4 patties with ground beef. Cook hamburger patties
until done. Place cooked patties on lower halves of buns. Place
tomato, lettuce and onion on top of patties. Crown the buns with the
top halves. Serve hamburgers immediately.

Jamaican Hamburger Recipe

Jamaican Hamburger Recipe – ingredients :

2 tb Butter
1 sm Onion, chopped
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 ts Allspice
1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1 Beaten egg

Jamaican Hamburger Recipe – Preparations:

Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 large hamburger patties.
Grill or broil 5-7 minutes per side. Source: Alison Meyer (very

Burgers Santa Fe Recipes

Burgers Santa Fe Recipes – ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey
1 c 4 cheese mexican recipe
Blended-grated cheese
Sargento. divided
1/2 c Salsa of choice, divided
1/4 c Crushed tortilla chips
1/4 c Thinly sliced green onions
1 t Ground cumin or chili powder
1/2 t Garlic salt
4 Hamburger buns split or
You can use sourdough bread
4 Tomato slices
Lettuce if desired.

Burgers Santa Fe Recipes – Directions:

In medium bowl, combine ground beef, 3/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup salsa,
tortilla chips (crushed) green onions thinly sliced, cumin and garlic
salt; mix together lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. 1/2
inch thick. Grill or broil patties on oiled rack 5 -6 in. away from
heat. 5 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 160 F.
Grill or lightly toast hamburger buns in broiler.
Place burgers on buns; top with remaining 1/4 cup salsa; sprinkle with
remaining 1/4 cup cheese serve with lettuce and tomato.
