Salmon Loaf ingredients list:
2 cups of breadcrumbs.
Half a cup of milk.
30oz salmon, canned.
1 egg, beaten.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
2 teaspoons of minced fresh parsley.
1 teaspoon of tarragon flakes.
2 tablespoons of margarine, melted.
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
Instructions for Salmon Loaf recipe :
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a baking dish.
Soften bread crumbs in milk. Set aside.
Drain salmon and remove its skin. Put in a large bowl and add softened bread crumbs, eggs, salt, parsley, tarragon, margarine, and lemon
juice. Mix together.
Spoon salmon mixture into baking dish, patting down firmly.
Fill a larger pan with hot water and put the salmon pan into it.
Bake for fifty minutes or until loaf is firm.

4 (1/2lb) salmon steaks, 1-inch thick.
3/4 cup of brown sugar.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Instructions for Barbecue Salmon recipe :
Combine the sugar, lemon juice and butter in a saucepan.
Cook the mixture over low heat, constantly stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
Place the salmon steaks in a greased, hinged fish basket. Then grill about four inches from the coal.

1 small yellow chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup herb seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 salmon fillets
Instructions for Baked Salmon recipe :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease a baking sheet, and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Saute onion with dried garlic, salt and pepper until tender.
Transfer to a medium bowl, and mix with bread crumbs, mustard powder and mayonnaise.
If necessary, add more mayonnaise to achieve a paste like consistency.
Place salmon fillets onto the greased baking sheet, and press the crumb mixture on the top so that it is about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until salmon is easily cut with a fork, then broil for 5 minutes to crisp the top.
